Dear All,
Yesterday, I came know that HO has rejected my application. I had given contact address of my home town and my father had received the documents.
Date of application received at Doncaster: Feb 16, 2005
Date of refusal received at my home town- March 30, 2005
HSMP team has awarded me points for Education and age (below 27 years). It was shocker to know that HSMP team didn't give me points for my 4 years work experience and 25 points for Past earning. I had even claimed 15 points for Publishing work in an international journal.
My 3 years work experience certificate (given by previous employer) doesn't address the so called HSMP term "Duties and responsibilities". I believe because of this HSMP team didn't award me points in this area. For last 1 year (current employer) work experience, I had provided the Offer (appointment) letter along with Wage (salary) slips, color copy of Identity card, Bonus letter (issued in 11th month of my employment) and appraisal letter(happened in my 3rd month of employment. I wonder why HSMP team over looked all these original support documents.
I had claimed 25 points in Past earning category. To support this I had provided last 12 months Wage (salary slip), Bank Statement and Bonus letter and appraisal letter. I couldn't provide Income Tax return proof because its takes 3-4 to months to get Income Tax return proof. I will get my Income Tax return proof in June-July (2005) for last 12 months, my financial cycle is April-March. However, each of Wage slip clearly shows that Income Tax has been deducted at source. I had claimed Past earning points of the basis of Gross Income (its includes standards deduction of income tax and monthly deduction towards Employee provident fund).
Does this Part Earning points to Gross Income (CTC - Cost to Company) or the in-hand salary?????
I don't know what should I do.
Good News - HSMP team is make decisions very fast for new applicants.
Thanks,
Rajesh.
