I have been issued with UK Entry Clearance under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (rules coming in affect after 05 dec 2006)


Valid from: 30 Nov 2007
Valid until: 30 Nov 2009

However, due to change in plans, I never travelled to the UK.

After the same expires on 30 Nov 2009, I will need to extend the same under Tier 1 as HSMP ceases to exist.

Will the new rules for Tier 1 (01 April 2009) apply to me.
