PSW Problem

Post by mmk » Mon Mar 09, 2009 8:12 pm

Hi All,
I recently contact home office about my full time working in UK after my studies, I got the following reply from that,

You can continue working full time when your studies are completed for a period of four months or until your visa expires, whichever is sooner, whilst waiting for your examination results, prior to attending your graduation ceremony or before commencement of your new course.

question: I have problems with my bank statement which will be resolved in next 4 months and i got my result from institution in december so according to HO i can work full time uptil april (4 months from dec), my visa expires in august. So, can i legally work full time after april as 4 months have passed. Can any one came across this before.

I will be waiting for your valuable advice.

Kind Regards

You are only supposed to work for the 4 months, if you carry on working this could cause problems in a future application.
