Tier-1 dependent Rules

Hi all,

sorry for creating a new topic here, bt just wanted to know will there be any change in rules for tier-1 dependent in terms of education from bachlors to masters from april 1 2009.

What exactly do you mean? HO does not require the dependants to have a certain minimum level of qualification.

There will be no changes to dependent's visa, everything remains the same.
