Cash earning

Post by shiju31 » Fri Mar 27, 2009 9:04 am

I am planning to apply for uk visa, but am confused whether i can show cash earning as my income.

As per my understanding they require bank statement, but i had conducted some classes and had got income as cash. Please let me know whether i can provide bill of the cash.

My second source of document is the I.T return filed last year.

you should have the cash payment receipt, and you should have Tax paid against those cash payments to get that counted. Normally people do not pay Tax on cash payments..... :)

Cash Receipt : HO rejected friends visa

Someone I know had shown cash receipts as self employed. He had paid tax as well but HO refused stating they do not believe this is genuine income  . This was just two days back. I guess though this is at the discretion of the case worker
