HSMP extension to Tier 1 ( maintenance Funds ) query

Hello There,

I will be applying for extension (HSMP) under Tier 1 soon. I will be submitting original bank statements covering 12 months as evidence for Previous earning along with payslips,
Now I have a confusion over Maintenance funds evidence, Since I already submitting last 12 months of bank statements and bank account balance satisfies required amount for maintenance funds, do I need to send also the letter from Bank confirming that said balance has been maintained for last 3 months ( as I am thinking that bank statements also crealy shows that required fund is maintained and statements are consecutive )?

No you dont as long as the statements meet the criteria specified in the guidance notes.

No you dont as long as the statements meet the criteria specified in the guidance notes.

push_hsmp is correct I only suggest that you mention about the statements already provided in your previous earnings to be used. Mention this in the Maintenance Funds section in the application form.

U dont need to send any letter just wirte it down in your cover letter to consider the last three months as ur maintenance aswell...
Many ppl did the same way.
