Entry Clearance Submission

My Fiancee is living in India and I am living in USA, I am applying for UK Tier 1 general visa from USA and also an entry clearance visa for my dependant fiancee (Not sure which UK embassy, India or USA) ?

Can I apply my fiancee's entry clearance application along with my tier 1 application with in USA ?

If not then I will submit my Fiancee's entry clearance application from USA to UK Consulate based out in India, will the approved/refused response be return back to my fiancee's Indian address or to my US address ?

Please advice and please respond in case my question is not clear.

Kashif,

Your fiancee is in India. You have to apply EC for her from India only. Reply(atleast for her) should be sent to her Indian address only. Since reply will also contain her passport(which cannot be shipped/post outside the country it should be within her resident country only.

The address on her passport and her current address differs. Do we need to provide any proof of the current address with the application form ? Or It can be delivered to the mentioned current address without any furthur enquiry and problems.

My questions are unusual as I am trying to access my timing based on various scenarios. :roll:

I am an Indian national living in USA and my Fiancee is in India, I want to submit both UK Tier 1 General visa for myself and Entry Clearance Visa for my fiancee at the same time (together). I was wondering if I Can submit my UK tier 1 General Visa Application to UK embassy based out in India along with my Fiancee Entry clearance application.

If I can submit my application to UK embassy in India, will the response for both the applications be returned to only my address in India (or)
to the respective addresses of me and my fiancee.
