LETTER DOES NOT STATE FUNDS ARE READILY AVAILABLE! HELP

Post by 9603196090 » Mon Jun 08, 2009 5:39 pm

My entry is refused for first time since my bank letter does not state that
THE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT ARE READILY AVAILABLE.
Now am planning to make a FRESH APPLICATION with a NEW LETTER.

Please read/review my NEW BANK LETTER and reply accordingly
Dear Sir,

this is to certify that Mr.xxxxxxAccount No.xxxxx, currently holds a total of Rs.2.5Lacs and we confirm that these funds have been in bank since 13/02/09. The funds did not fall below Rs. 2.5 Lacs at any time during the last three months. The above FDR is ENCASHABLE Immediately on demand by the depositor.

Yours Faithfully

signature and stamp of the manager with office seal

Note: Rs. 2.5 lacs are approx. 3100GBP(this is not there on letter)
BHC will convert the amount in GBP at the time of making decision.

Is this a right letter or I should still tell my bank to write that the funds are READILY AVAILABLE. Could anyone advice????

Can I put this letter as an explainotory note with THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW form which I got with refusal notice??will it be worth???or fresh application is best for me???

Thanks in advance

Dear 9603196090.

1. Just for your information, you dont have to send a new post everytime you want to say something. Just reply to your old post and your post will come up at the top again. And because the colour would be white, everyone will new a new post has been sent. This way we will avoid cluttering.
2. Your letter seems perfect. It should be OK

Your bank letter seems to be fine. Not sure if case worker understood it correctly. Letter clearly states that amount is encashable at any time. I think word "encashable" trigger doubt which inferred that the amount is not in the form of cash form(rather in the form of bond etc.) But personally, i think your letter is fine. You can get another letter from bank to support the original letter and to confirm that amount can be made avaialble to you at any time.
