NI Number-What if our visa category change?

I have one question

Do we need to call the HMRC to say that our visa category has been changed and now we are on so and so visa....

do we also need to report change of address for NI number all the time we change our addresses in future???

In general, what is the tax on Tier 1 (post study) visa?
