HSMP JR - got but not Backdated & Refund

Hi

I got my ILR in person yesterday - Thank you all & special thanks to moderator of this forum.

I have two questions

- my visa is not backdated and only got letter which vagually or generally says that I am deemed to get ILR since I am entitled to it.

- Refund. I also got another letter saying refund will be processed. Do i need to do anything more and how long it takes

No one's visa is backdated, that's right ..the letter should say you were available from the date when you had completed 4 yrs stay though

I assume is they say that it will be processed, the only thing you should do - wait till it's processed
