Tier 1 dependent application forms

Hi everybody,
please help me..i did search the form for the application form but its kinda i am not sure ..

I am in Uk on Tier 1(General) visa from Jan 09. I want to process my husband's dependent visa.....

Is it VAF 10 or the form under this link

If your husband already has leave to enter/remain as your dependant, then he may switch. Else, he should apply for a dependant entry clearance from his home country.
