In country, switching to HSMP, acknowledgement of reciept?

Hi, reading the guidance on working in the uk website
"If you have received an acknowledgement letter from ATOS Cannock relating to your FLR(IED).."
anyone knows how to get an acknowledgement ?

I see now that I did not explain well in the rush.
I am an exempt from payment and the guide says a letter confirming recieval will be sent after payment clearence.
Fortunately I as able to contact them by phone and the customer officer confirmed that a confirmation will be sent even though no payment is required.
Also if somebody is wondering which address to use for FLR(IED) the officer confirmed that the address on the FLR form is correct.
