HSPM ?Extension/Switching

Post by drziakram » Thu Jul 30, 2009 11:19 pm

Hi Guys,

I am in uk under HSMP which was granted on 1/9/07.I got Entry Clearence on 4/12/0.I have got a few queries regarding extension.

Do I need to switch to TIER 1 or can I extend my HSMP
If I switch to TIER 1 would it affect my status.( I am a medical doctor)would I be allowed to do training posts.
Do I need a valid IELTS( My ielts expired 6 months ago)
Which application form do I need for that.

Regard,

When you extend your HSMP it will be switched to Tier-1 automacally. HSMP is no more. It will not affect your status.

Yes you are allowed in HSMP so should be on Tier 1 too.

If you have proved your IELTS in initial application, you don't need to do it during extension. Just submit the IELTS certificate anyway.you will be fine.
