Muslim marriage certifcate

Muslim marriage certifcate

Hi,

Applying for tier1 (single application without dependant)and wife will be travelling after 12 months.Is it necessary to submit marraige certifcate along with the application?

What could be the marraige proof certificate accepted by BHC for MUSLIM maraige.

Is it enough to get Notray layer affidavit?

You dont need to submit Marriage certificate right now if you are planning to take ur spouse after 12months..

Marriage Certificate is a legal document. It is same for all.You may have different certificate/affidavit from respective people (e.g. pandit,maulvi etc) which along with marriage hall certificate can be used as evidence to get a legal marriage certificate.
