I am under 28 and want to apply in a month but i dont have birth certificate neither is the possibility to get it . What should i do.

I have my passport, matriculation certificate , expired driving license and national id card(in urdu).

So is this sufficient that i send passport copy attested by notary, expired driving license, and matriculation certificate.

i sent a notarized copy of my passport and original matriculation certificate and was awarded points for age. so i think you need to do the same atlease.
