Help needed (processing time)

Hi All
I had my application posted on 15-07-09. Got acknowledge letter 17-07-09. Fee was debited from my account on 18-07-09. I am still waiting on my passports i sent.

I applied from UK. Tier 1 switching for Fresh Talent Working in Scotland Scheme.

Help me please

HO will be able to provide status on phone 14 weeks after receiving the application.
