TIER 1 -Dependant visa for baby born in UK

Post by Danny2 » Fri Oct 02, 2009 10:41 pm

Hi All,

I am relatively new to the forum,

I recieved my flr in June 09 and i had my baby in August.

In applying for my child's visa, will i use the standard Tier 1 dependant form or is there a separate application type for children born in the UK?

PS: i do not fall under JR.

Please advice.

Is your baby travelling out of the UK?
