I am currently on HSMP and would be switching to Tier-1. I came up with the following doubts when I started filling the application form. Could someone provide guidance for the same.

Is this the reference number on my HSMP letter? Or "VAF no." on my visa?

I am in the UK from an year. Before that I was in India, should I provide the Indian address in this case?

ICFN is not currently issued for HSMP. Am I correct?
C10. If the ICFN is not enclosed then please give details why the applicant is unable to provide it.
Should I just say "Not Applicable - Currently on HSMP"
D2. Where did the applicant obtain entry clearance or a visa before travelling to the United Kingdom?
I had sent my application to VFS Bangalore, which got approved in Chennai and my visa shows Chennai.
I suppose I should mention Chennai

I do not remember this
