How to get NARIC certificate ?

i want to get a certificate from NARIC to conform whether my degree is equi. to a UK bachelor degree or not?
I am from IIT Kharagpur and it is listed in points calculator..
how to apply for it?
what is the fees?

IF you degree is listed in PBS than it is considered as equivalent. Why you want to spend money than. If you still want to know ..just google for NARIC.
