Hi,

I am getting married this Jan and i want to process my wife dependant visa. I need your advice please regarding accomodation proof?

1. I live in London where i have a house on my name and my friends (rented - 3 double bedroom house). all utility bills are in my friends name. all my bank statements are in this address

2. I work in kent and share a double bedroom (4 bedroom house) with 3 other people. The landlord of this place is ready to give NOC for my fiancee to live with me. all bills paid by landlord and he can give a letter stating that.

My question is, is it advisable to use my london address OR change my bank statements by dec 09 and use my kent address ? please advice?

i mean both are genuine address. i have contract papers. just a confusion so please help

You can use any of those, but practically, the longer u r on one address the more better is. As i guess ur bank statements are coming to london house.

I think just use that one.

if i use my london address, would it be enough if i get a letter from my friend saying he is paying the bills and a NOC? any other proof necessary ?

Place where you get ur bank documents n have rental agreement or Utility bills

i donno wat docs u have.. but if u have Tenancy agreement in ur name and NOC from other friends ur case will be stronger..
