Hi Guys,
Need some urgent help. My case.. WP->HSMP (in country)->and now to Tier 1(General)

Need some info on filling the form

B10. Home Office reference number... Should I leave Blank?
B11. Give details of any Previous Worker reference numbers under work permit arranegements...
Ok what d I fill here. My WP letter has two numbers on it.. Worker Reference number and a Workpermit number. I dont know which one to put here. Also Do i need to put something from my HSMP Letter/Visa here??????

D4. Please enter reference number on the Entry Clearance or Visa which can be found in the applicants passport or travel document.

Do I fill for WP or HSMP? If it is for WP what numer to fill.. The red number on top right or the work permit number?
If HSMP? which number to fill?

i have the appointment on wed, so am super anxious!!! HELP!
