date of letter from employer

Hi all,

I am preparing documents for my fiancee as dependant visa. I am on Tier 1 hsmp. I beleive i need a letter from employer.

I am getting married in end of Jan and will be processing my fiancee visa in Feb. So is there a rule of letter from employer dated within 1 month of applying as in bank statements ?

also if anyone has the format for the employer letter, could you please post it.

You don't need employer letter to process dependent visa for your would-be-wife.

one more doubt as well !!!

i live in a shared accomodation with bills paid by landlord. I beleive a NOC from landlord and tenancy agreement document is enough. What sort of tenancy agreemnt is needed ? ( i mean i have a shortheld tenancy agreement - just monthly pay OR does it need to be mentioned as 6 months contract or something like that) - its a double bedroom

Shortheld tenancy agreement is enough. You can take 6 months contracts for precaution.
