for extension,

I am currently on HSMP and now in the process of extension

Due to I have recently been diagnosed by Hypothoyroid, I have now been exempted from paying any money for my medicine,no matter whether it is related to Thyoriod problem or related to other problems. it means I dont have to pay even the minimum amount of £6.45.

Does it mean I am claiming public funds? will it impact my extension process please help
