Dependent Pass. VAF10 Form or online application?

Hi, I am from Singapore.

I checked through some of the postings in this forum and I am confused.

I need to apply for myself a dependent pass as my wife is a tier1 general holder in UK.

Looking at my UK-Visa singapore website, it appears that I have to apply the dependent pass through online application. But I also found the Application form VAF10 - PBS Dependent from the http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/

So which one should I go for?
Please advice.

it would be good for you if you contact VFS team on phone or email get that info from UK-Visa singapore website;

So that they can give your right info..
