HSMP - applicants with management -HRM experience

I am a manager/administrator with more than 15 years of experienc in administrative assignments in different governmental organizations. I intend to apply for hsmp and want to learn about JOB PROSPECTS for a person like me.

May I learn something from prospective applicants and successful applicants of HSMP, with similar professional background.

May I know what are the chances for a genralist administrator/manager of getting a suitable job in the UK after HSMP.
