UK tier 1 salary calculation from India

Hi,
One of my cousin wants to apply for tier -1 but we are bit not clear about the salary points. she is currently drawing 7 lakhs/ annum.

Here is the calculation we had done. Could you please let me know if thats right.

Firstly we converted 7 lakh indian rupees to Sterling which is 10,261 (according http://www.oanda.com)
Then multiply 10,261 * 5.3 (india comes in band d multiplier being 5.3)
= 54,383 UK Pounds (30 Points for Salary).

Salary : 30 Points

That is right. But remember the exchange rate on the last day of the earnings period should be used.
