Tier 1 - Dependent

Post by dreamer645 » Wed Apr 21, 2010 9:15 pm

Hi All,

Depending upon outcome of my appeal, i might be applying again for Tier 1 dependent for my wife.

I need to check couple of things:

First, My passport expires early next year (1st week of jan) and hence at the time of my wife's application i'll only have 5 months validity on passport. Would this be a problem?
Is their a time limit or minimum validity required on passport before it expire. My Tier 1 visa though is valid till next sep.

Secondly, I have asked this question previously. Would their be any effect of appeal, or it's just considered as fresh application?
Reply from someone who was in similar position or is in similar position would help.

Thanks.
D
