Tier 1 with a valid Business visa

I have applied for Tier 1 General migrant (Main applicant)
I already have a valid Business visa stamped on the passport. What will happen to the business visa if I get Tier 1 stamped ?

If i get a refusal on Tier 1, can I apply for Tier 2 ICT ??? my company is ready to send me over for a long term ... only that i got to know this 2 days after I applied for Tier 1
