Entering in UK

Dear All

I have Tier 1 General visa starting from April 2009 till April 2012. I have moved out of UK in September 2009 due to redundancy. I am now back home in India and would like to go back to UK in September (after 1 year). I want to know if there can be any problem entering to UK after staying outside for 1 year. I am aware that it will not count as my working year when I will apply for Inedifinite Leave but I am not worried about that. All I am worried is entering in UK. Is there any rule that can stop me entering in UK again?

There is nothing stopping you from re-entering the UK.
If at the airport they ask you why you went away for a year just tell them the truth
