Previous earning proofs

Post by lawrencesacet » Sun May 16, 2010 8:15 am

Hi,

I am currently working in UK in Tier 2 visa and planning to apply for Tier 1 visa in Jun 2010. I have a query regarding the document which we submit for Previous earnings.

From the ukba website I learned that I have to submit proof documents for the past 12 months of my previous earning from the past latest 15 months.

So in my case if I apply in June, it comes as 6 months of UK salary + 6 months of Indian salary.

The problem is I lost my original UK payslips sent to my address from December 09 to Mar 10, and I asked for copies from my company. I have given with copies but they refuse to attest it for some reasons.

However I have the remaining month payslips and P60 for December to March month salary.. so shall I submit the following as proof?

1. a. Payslips with attestation for my India salary
b. Original Payslips for my UK salary
c. P60 for UK salary for the months which I didn't have a original
payslips

2. a. Bank statement for Indian salary
b. Bank statement for UK salary

It will be very much helpful if someone read through this and confirms my understanding.

Thx in advance

P60 does not give proper break-up of salary.
I would say get letter from employer for missing salary slips (gross, net, etc).

Agreed, do not give any reason for doubt or confusion in your documents. P60 would not indicate clearly the salary you earned from Dec to Mar

agree with above two, one of my friend got rejection due to his salary slips were not attested, better to provide attested one check with your employer or else there is a way you can get your orignal salary slips, check out these websites or google for 'get your lost salary slips' or 'lost salary slips'
