HSMP dilemma

Post by indusphoenix » Sat May 22, 2010 8:04 pm

Hi
Wonder if someone can help me out on this one!
I am on HSMP since oct'06---eligible for ILR 0ct'11.
My wife and daughter are my dependents.
If i leave UK now,can my wife who is eligible i think for an independent HSMP --points based, and is currently employed still go on ILR in Oct'11.
i.e will her period as dependent count towards ilr ?
Thanks

I am not 100% but with some confidence I can say that the period will not count for ILR.
