Tier 1 (General) Migrant visa

Post by moghanrajr » Fri Jun 04, 2010 11:17 am

Hi,
I have got Tier 1 (general) Migrant visa valid from 11/2009 to 2012(3 years). I have made first entry clearance on 12/2009 and on January 2010 returned to India for my urgent marriage.

Due to family reasons I have continued to work in India and Indian company have applied for Tier 2 Intra company transfer to UK and got the visa recently.

Now the intra company transfer was stopped and I have not made any entry clearance using Tier 2 visa. Looking at my case, can I still use my Tier 1 (General) migrant visa to travel UK. Please revert back to me with your comments. Many thanks for your time.

Regards,
Mohan.
