Urgent - Can Tier1 Dependent Query

Hi - I currently hold a Tier1 Dependant visa that is valid until July 2012. My wife (main Tier1 holder) and I worked in the UK for last 3 years and we finally returned back to India in April 2010.

We are keen to go back to UK and work there but cannot travel back together.

Can I as a Tier1 Dependent Visa holder travel to UK and work there even if my wife remains in India for a couple of months? Do the UK Home Office rules allow this or do both Tier1 and Tier1 Dependent visa holder have to necessarily travel together to UK and should remain in UK if the Tier1 Dependent wants to work there.
