Tier 1- General - applying in UK - Page 12

Page 12 of the T1 application form - where i need to fill my address in UK for the past two years, I do not have enough space to cover the addresses in a single page as i moved to four different places in the last 2 years

Should I take an additional print of this page to cover the address in UK for two complete years of recent stay in UK ? (this is not mentioned in the application form)

I believe they will contact the council office so cannot take risk of putting only two address to cover the complete span.

Also I have a two month break where I visited India do I need to mention this in cover letter.
