Supporting documents for applying Tier 1 (General) from US

I'm applying for Tier 1 (General) from US. I have filled out the application form online and paid the fee online too. I got the biometric appointment scheduled for next week. Once it is done, I'm supposed to send all the documents to nearest British Consulate office. I'm planning to send the following..

1. Passport (ORIGINAL)

2. Degree Certificate (ORIGINAL) - Do I need to send the mark statements as well?

3. UK NARIC comparability certificate (COPY) - Is it ok to submit the copy?

4. Medium of Instruction certificate (COPY) - Is it ok to submit the copy?

5. Past 12 months payslips (ONLINE ADP STATEMENTS) and bank statements (ONLINE BANK STATEMENTS) - Do I need to get all payslips stamped by my employer? They are typical ADP payslips. Also, do I need to get my bank statements stamped by bank or should I get a letter from bank confirming for authenticity of the statements? They are Wells Fargo bank statements and have bank logo on each page.

6. Past 3 months bank statements (ONLINE BANK STATEMENTS) - Do I need to get my bank statements stamped by bank or should I get a letter from bank confirming for authenticity of the statements? They are Wells Fargo bank statements and have bank logo on each page.

7. Covering Letter - Is it required?

8. Printed application form signed with photograph

9. Biometric letter (stamped by USCIS)
