Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Post by oc2pus » Sat Jul 10, 2010 12:55 am

Hi All

I need some clarification about Tier 1 Dependent visa, if anyone can help please.

1. Does Tier 1 (General) Dependent visa will come under Settlement Visa if not then which category? (Applicant need to apply under settlement category?).

2. My Bank Statement period is from 22nd to 21st of each month (22nd of June to 21st of July). My question is can i show my three months statements from 15th of every month (15th of July to 15th of September) and how much do i need to maintain for only 1 person (Wife in Pakistan) and I am in UK more than 2 years (Tier1 General) and working.

3. It seems like visa (Dependent) processing time from Pakistan is very high, any update about the processing time (Gerry's website show max 120 days) but i think its wrong, any definite or up-to-date news please.

4. As UK Govt. Caped skilled category, would it effect on dependent visas as well (even if partner already in UK and working?).?

5. Any Link for document preparation and suggestions.

I would appreciate your kind information. Thank you.

There is no Tier 1 spouse visa .. it is Tier 1 dependent visa.
It is not a settlement visa.
