Company name change

Hi,

I am working in the same company since 5 years. They have changed the company name this year

Previous name: Alliance Consulting IT India PVT LTD
Current name: Alliance Global IT India PVT LTD

For 12 months bank statement, some are showing the old name in salary deposit row and last 3 months are showing the new name.

Electronic generated payslips are showing recent change name.

In points base calculator I have mentioned the latest company name i.e. Alliance Global.

Also, I am taking a letter from employer with 12 months salary details. Letter head showing the recent name also in bracket it is mentioned that Formally Alliance IT Consulting India PVT LTD.)

Kindly guide me how to proceed further, are there any additional documents that I need to provide along with the application ?

Get a letter from HR stating that the company has changed name (from .. to) and send it along with your application.

vgovardhan, that is an Indian company? Is the Indian "Companies House" online? If so can you see details of the change of name online?

If we were talking about a UK company we would certainly be able to see the change of name online.

It is an US based company having off-shore offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Could you please kindly provide me the link for "Companies house in India".

Also, HR letter is enough or any thing else is required.

Please provide me if there any letter template is available for this, so that I can request HR to provide the letter.

You mean that the company is incorporated somewhere in the US? Do you know which State?

If you do, try finding the Company Registration office, whatever it is called, in that State.
