I wish to apply dependent visa for me & 2 year old baby.My husband is in under tier1 visa from May 1st 2010.He reached UK last 9th June.He got job in software firm as permanent type.I plan to apply dependent visa asap.We didn't get any pay slip because he joined 9th July only.We have offer letter . I maintained fund also.What are the documents required to apply dependent visa?especially about minimum requirements of pay slip? In my husband visa processing time (VAF9)Do you accompany your partner .......we put "no"also.That make any issue I consulted one agency ,they told minimum 6 months payslip needed.............Please clarify my doubts

No you don't need payslips to apply for a dependent visa,

Have a look at,
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply ... t#13821081

Quoted below,
What supporting documents should my dependants include with their application?
Your dependants should include all the documents necessary to show that they qualify for entry to the UK as your dependant. If they do not, we may refuse their application.
As a guide, your dependants should include:
evidence of their relationship to you;
evidence that there is £1600 (or £533 if you have been in the UK for more than 12 months) for each dependant, in your or their personal bank account for maintenance, and that the money has been there for at least 3 months prior to the date they make their application; and
a copy of the pages from your passport/travel document showing your permission to stay, if you are already in the UK.
Also, it doesn't matter that you said 'no' to the question in your husband's VAF9 form, because you really didn't accompany him :)

Read the guidelines, do some more research around this forum where people have discussed this at length and go and apply.

Best of luck.

Here's another discussion which might be of use,
