Post by amit23 » Sat Aug 07, 2010 10:06 am

Dear All, I first like to thank you all supporters and admins of immigration board for providing all information i needed to clear my tier 1 visa in 4 days. My visa is valid till 15 Sept 2012. Now i need some guidance for my extension by which i can plan my best time to travel/entry into UK.

Not necessary. If you can get enough points with less than 12 months earnings, you will be eligible to extend.

Since this thread is already open, and with no intention of hijacking the query of the original poster, I would like to clarify a couple of queries of mine. :)

1. What should I really select as the application type for booking a premium appointment?! I am planning to extend my Tier 1 which expires in April 2011 and there is a load of acronyms like FLR (BID), FLR (IED), PBS 1 etc without any online help on descrpitions. I wonder if I should select PBS 1 even for an extension application. Could someone please confirm? :)

2. Wondering if the premium appointment bookings are always busy !! Is anyone aware if there are any times in a day when the appointments are released?

Much appreciated

Thanks!
