Maintenance Fund - Bank Statement

Maintenance Fund - Bank Statement

If we have the Pay deposited and the Maintenance Fund on the same bank account, do we need to produce two copies of Bank Statement. One for 12 months and one for three months or a single copy referring both is enough. Also do we need a Bank Letter for Authenticity stating we have maintained the funds for 3 months additionally in this case or just the Bank Statement is enough? Help is much appreciated....

One bank statement is enough. If it is original bank statement, you dont need any other letter from bank.
