What does Section 9 and 10 of HSMP Form imply? I am a Software Engineer. Can somebody help me in filling these two entries.


9 Do you hold necessary relevant qualifications and/or memberships to work in your chosen field (in the UK)?

10 Are you aware of any impediments to you taking work in your chosen field (such as debarment from required organisation)?

Can anyone help you? The answer is probably no, in the sense that only you know the facts!

Q9 .... if you are a member of any relevant society or association, well enter details. Any qualification in your profession?

Q10 ..... probably the answer is ... no .... this really covers, for example, a medical doctor who has been "struck off" the register, so cannot practice as a doctor. So a Software Engineer I can't see how the answer would be .... yes.
