I have few questions on the Main applicant job details that needs to be filled under part 7 of vaf 10 (dependant) form.
My situation is as follows:
I am here on Tier-1 (Genral) visa. I have been working in UK for last three years. Initial 2 years used to work on a perm role. I registered my Ltd. company after that and started contracting sicne Nov 2009. I am the only director (100% share holder) of my company. I take contracts on my company name. Contracts are rolling contracts for ABC Client through recruiter agencies. My this contract end date is 22nd Nov 2010 and after that it will be decided whether we go for next contract or not? I have been working for the same client for last three and half months now. I got this contract from an advisory company and they sent me to their XYZ client. My day to day job is on xyz side.
My questions are:
1. For 7.16 & 7.17 (Name & address of company, Name & telephone no. of main contact), Do I need to provide the Client details or the advisory company details? My agreement is with the advisory company.
2. For 7.18 what should I mention? start date of this contract? It may possible I get any other good offer/contract and I have to move on, then?
3. For 7.19 (when is the job expected to finish), Do i need to mention this contract end date?
4. People mostly attach office letter, and salary slips to show earning/job. In my case what should I attach?
4.1 A letter from accountant that my company has done £x grand business in this year? profit of the company? as I am 100% share holder so profit is my profit/salary?
4.2 Invoices I issued to client?
4.3 any thing else???
I would really appreciae if someone can throw some comments on it.
