Social Work Bursary as income?

Post by Desiree28 » Wed Nov 03, 2010 8:29 pm

just want some clarification on this. I got my p60 stating £34991.48 income earned for 2009-2010 tax year. I also had a social work bursary of £3362.5 for the 2009-2010 academic year. Does the bursary constitute an income? This is crucial for me to claim 20 points for earning. thanks

Social work bursary is a grant / student finance package / incentive to train in social work, not your income.
