Tier 1 appeal success. need help in Dependent Visa

hi guys.

after months of tension and struggle my appeal for Tier1 extension has been allowed. Hopefully i will get my passport after 10/12 weeks.

After getting passport I am planning to get married. now my queries are

What docs should i start preparing for my wife's dependent visa??

I am self-employed.
