Tier 1 dependent visa from employer??

Hi
I have one question. If i get a tier 1 general visa, i can go from the existing company in india to UK. So since i do not have fund for one of my dependent, can i get the dependent visa from my employer for one of dependent?
is this possible?
Please let me know.

The dependent has to be related to the T1G holder (partner/child). Employers cannot provide T1G dependent visa.

You will need to wait till you can show sufficient funds for your dependent and only then apply for a T1G dependent visa.
