Previous earnings question!

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Tier1 (G) and I have quite a few questions regarding previous earnings. I am currently working/living in the UK under Tier 1 (PSW).

I am going to apply as both employed/self-employed as my earnings from the company I am working for are not enough to claim points.

I have done some consultation/translation/tutoring services in the UK but at the same time, I have worked remotely here in the UK to help out some businesses back home.

If I was "physically" in the UK but the business I helped out was back in my home country and the commission was paid through my home bank account, is my earning uplifted (I can get 2.3 times of uplifts) or should this still be considered as earned in the UK?

You cannot apply uplift ratio to any income earned and/or credited overseas whilst you were physically present and working in the UK.

The place where you were physically present is used to determine where you earned the money. Therefore, the money you received in your home country while performing your duties in the UK is considered to be earned in the UK.
