Working for UK consultancy under part time from India.

Hi I have been doing one project for UK consultancy from India under part time. So project will be over by next month ( January 2011). So UK consultancy people are planning to send 2000 GBP pounds into my account. I am planning to apply tier1 general from UK in March 2011 1st week once I enter into UK as tier4 dependent.

Now how do they calacualate for eanrings . Will they consider India band factor (5.3) / UK band factor . Please help me asap.
