Hi All,

Can i apply for Tier-1 General Visa now ,as the it is closed till April 2011.

Please guide me on this :) .

No it is closed permanently for overseas applicants.

Tier1 visa reopen

Tier 1 general visa for overseas has been closed permanently as per UK govt.
Does anyone heard this news before, i mean does UK govt. announced this news in past and it reponed ??

Does it have chance to reopen this time ?

Yes, it was announced on 22 December to take effect from 23 December.

There is very little chance for it to be reopened (I have a vague recollection of reading something about another high court case, but by the time that comes to pass, it would be too late in any case).

So , Please suggest me how to proceed further on this. Is there any chance to work in UK. :cry:

Apply in an (open / available) immigration category that you qualify for.
