Hi Sanjna

There is no right of appeal against the refusal of outside the uk tier 1 general refusal.
However you are entitle to apply for administrative review which will be done by different ECO or ECM.

I am not sure if are allowed to submitt your AR request in different country other than the country you had initially applied.

Please wait for seniours to input or consult Any immigration lawyer please.

thanx AUHS, for ur support . please help in this also....
my husband is getting 2 salary 1 in india n 2 in algeria. so we multiplied with 5.3 n 3.2(band A n band C) n converted in GBP so with this we were getting 45 points with earnings. n they simply just converted he's salary in GBP. n they gave him 0 point. n refused in this basis. i just wanted to understand what is the correct way of calculating n claiming for the earnings. hope so i have made my point clear.

If this is the case than According to me the uplift ratio should have been applied depends on the countries your earnings from .it is a good point.

You have got 28 to submit AR request so I will suggest you to apply for AR with a well prepared covering letter explaining all of your point of view.

You can get help from a good solicitor because it is your last chance as Tier 1 G is now closed for outcountry applications.
