Company Stamp

Post by akash08 » Sun Mar 06, 2011 12:45 am

I have a silly question but considering how difficult Ukba can be in approving an application -it may not be that irrelevant.

After convincing with lot of effort, why I need a stamp on my payslip, I ultimately got my payslips stamped and signed by my company. However the stamp does not look like a traditional stamp at all. I have always seen a stamp within a round or rectangular box but this stamp is just my company name and the address below it and no box ..

Does any body has experience with such stamp?? Not sure if this is a common practice in UK.

:?
What is important is that the stamp be genuine, should UKBA bother with any verifications. The look / format of the stamp has no relevance - organisations can design their stamps as they wish to, UKBA has no say in the matter.

The make of the stamp won't matter. Just make sure you have the right documents they are looking for as per Tier 1 Guidance Document.

Thanks and Good Luck.

Have you ever seen stamps from Indian central/state departments (and class-1 and class-2) gazetted officers' one?
They have traditionally been name, designation and office number.
No style or colors

If you are good for UKBA verification with organization, there is no worry.
Any stamp will do.
